Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all tennis and padel classes, courses, training packages and the Summer Camp (“Services”) offered by MG Tennis Academy Bahrain (“we”, “us”). By booking or attending, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and payment

• Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received through our online payment system.
• Prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and may change. The price shown at the time of booking applies.
• For students under 18, bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the student’s participation, conduct and payment. References to “you” then apply to the parent or guardian.

2. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

• Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

3. Health and fitness

• Tennis and padel are physical sports. You confirm that you or your child are in suitable health to take part.
• Please tell us before the first class about any medical condition, injury or limitation that may affect participation.
• We may stop a student from taking part if we believe it is unsafe for them or others.

4. Risk and liability

• Sport involves a risk of injury. By participating, you accept the normal risks of the sport.
• We take reasonable care to provide qualified coaches, suitable courts and safe equipment.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage that is not caused by our negligence, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Bahrain.

5. Conduct and safety

• Students must follow the coach’s instructions and treat coaches, staff, other students and facilities with respect.
• Suitable sports clothing and footwear are required. The school provides balls and other relevant material. Students bring their own racket.
• We may remove a student from a class or from the academy in case of unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful behavior. In that case, refunds are at our discretion.

6. Lateness and attendance

• Classes start and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the class is not extended.
• We may merge or cancel classes with too few participants. In that case, Section 6 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

7. Coaches and facilities

• We may change the coach, court or location when needed (for example for illness, weather or maintenance), as long as the class is delivered at a comparable standard.

8. Photos and videos

• We only take photos or videos during classes and events for use on our website and social media with the explicit consent of the student, or of a parent or guardian for students under 18.

9. Privacy

• We collect and use personal data (such as name, contact details and relevant health information) only to provide the Services, manage bookings and communicate with you. We do not sell your data.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

10. Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
