MG Tennis Academy Bahrain (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and what rights you have. It applies to our website, online bookings, and our tennis and padel classes, courses, training packages and Summer Camp.

Contact and booking details: name, email address, phone number, and the classes or camps you book.
Student details: name and age of the student. For students under 18, we collect data through the parent or legal guardian.
Health information: only what you choose to tell us about injuries, medical conditions or limitations that may affect participation, and doctor’s notes provided under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By providing health information, you agree that we may use it for the purposes described in this policy.
Payment information: payment status and order details. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are not stored by us.
Photos and videos: only with explicit consent (see our Terms & Conditions).
Website data: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies.

3. Why we use your data

To process bookings and payments.
To organise classes, communicate about schedule changes and respond to your questions.
To keep students safe, for example by taking health limitations into account.
To handle refunds, cancellations and complaints.
To meet legal obligations.
To send updates or offers about our classes, only if you have agreed.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the academy, such as:

our online payment provider, Tap Payments.
our booking or website system.
authorities, where the law requires it.

These providers may be located outside Bahrain. We only use providers that handle data securely.

5. Children’s data

Bookings for students under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian. We collect and use children’s data only for providing classes and managing bookings. Photos and videos of children are used only with parental consent.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to:

give you access to the data we hold about you,
correct data that is wrong or incomplete,
delete your data, or restrict how we use it,
stop using your data for marketing, and withdraw consent you gave earlier.
